Stop the Water First. Then Fix It Right.

When water is actively entering your building, every hour counts. A single leak can damage inventory, equipment, ceilings and finishes, and if it is left alone it can lead to mold and structural problems.

We prioritize emergency leak calls and aim to be on-site the same business day for active intrusions throughout the Phoenix metro area. When needed, we apply temporary tarping or sealant to stop the damage right away, then come back for a full assessment and permanent repair as soon as conditions allow.

  • Same-business-day response goal for active leaks
  • Temporary waterproofing to stop active damage
  • Leak source detection, not guesswork
  • Permanent repair with the root cause documented
  • All commercial roof systems serviced

What Happens When You Call

1. Stop the Damage

Our first job is to keep more water out of the building. Depending on the roof and the weather, that can mean temporary tarping, sealant at the entry point or clearing a clogged drain that is backing water up. Roofing work often can’t be done safely during heavy rain, so the temporary fix buys time until the roof is dry and safe to work on.

  • Temporary tarping or sealant
  • Clearing blocked drains and scuppers
  • Photos of the conditions we find

2. Find the Real Source

Water rarely comes in directly above where it shows up inside. It travels along the deck, structure and insulation, sometimes 20 to 30 feet from the actual entry point. We use visual inspection, moisture probing and, in some cases, electronic leak detection (ELD) to pinpoint where the water is actually getting in before we make a permanent repair.

  • Visual inspection of flashings, curbs and penetrations
  • Moisture probing
  • Electronic leak detection when needed

Fix the Cause, Not Just the Symptom

3. Permanent Repair

Once the source is confirmed, we make a permanent repair matched to your roof system and document the root cause with photos. Many leaks start at flashings around HVAC curbs, parapet walls, pipes and skylights, where UV and heat crack sealants over time.

  • Repair matched to your roof system
  • Root cause documented with photos
  • Flashing, curb and penetration repairs

4. Honest Next Steps

If the leak is a sign of a bigger problem, we will tell you. Repair usually makes sense when damage is isolated and the roof still has useful life left. When repairs start adding up to more than 25–30% of replacement cost each year, a restoration or replacement is often the better value. We will give you our honest assessment and won’t recommend work you don’t need.

  • Repair vs. restore vs. replace guidance
  • Written recommendations
  • Insurance documentation when storm damage is involved

Emergency Leak Questions

We prioritize emergency leak calls and aim to be on-site the same business day for active intrusions throughout the Phoenix metro area. In some cases we can provide temporary tarping or sealant the same day to stop active damage, with a full assessment and permanent repair to follow as soon as conditions allow.
Move inventory, equipment and electronics away from the leak, put down containers to catch water, and keep people away from wet floors and sagging ceiling tiles. Take photos and video of the water and any damage inside for your records. Do not go on the roof during a storm.
Water travels along the roof deck, framing and insulation before it drips through, sometimes 20 to 30 feet from where it enters. That is why we locate the actual entry point with inspection, moisture probing and sometimes electronic leak detection before making a permanent repair.
Permanent repairs usually can’t be done safely during heavy rain. We use temporary measures to stop active damage, then make the permanent repair once the roof is dry and safe to work on.
That depends on your policy and what caused the leak. Storm damage is often covered, while wear and lack of maintenance usually is not. We provide photo documentation and written reports you can share with your insurance company and adjuster.
